Our division ensures sound fiscal management of the department and provides accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, cashiering, collections, payroll, and purchasing services to the DCBS divisions.

The trend toward new and more sophisticated and complex business practices and new technology in workplaces will continue to change the skills needed by Oregon's workforce. As businesses invest in state-of-the-art computing systems and both businesses and consumers make increased use of the "information superhighway," the department must ensure that it can interact with its customers in the new environment.

| Revenue sources |
|
The division is funded primarily from revenue transfers from the various dedicated revenue sources within the department. A charge-back process is used to transfer revenue from dedicated funds for actual services provided.
